Bacchus Va ... because yesterday, between wines, tapas and Serrat shared confidences with my best friend and now already missed.

This new concept of bar-restaurant just landed in the most traditional Madrid. Next Opera and Teatro Real , the concept is to ask about wines (by the glass or carafe) and accompany with a tapas-style gourmet but the best price.

The space is spacious, airy. The decor is exquisite and the wine list is the best experience of Bacchus Va. We we opted for a Ribeiro and accompany, as suggested by the letter, with a delicious shrimp croquettes (three euros the four units.)

Price that you see on the left of the white wine list is by the glass. On the right is per bottle, which provides for about three drinks per person.

details were especially careful. We were given a complimentary cap and we loved the way of presenting the covered : stuck in a paper bag where it appeared the letter written tapas and dishes.

The rest of the evening was accompanied with a lamb patties with curry sauce, Galician octopus on purple potato and mini hamburgers of wagyu beef. All delicious.

Worst of Bacchus Va, s get a defect, was the service. But these things tend to happen in Madrid so Enejota gets used because it is important to relativize to enjoy the small pleasures of life.
